Payment and Transaction Processing
Our app enables users to process sales transactions, which are handled by our third-party partner, Stripe. By processing payments, you agree to follow both Accept’s and Stripe’s terms. It is your responsibility to ensure that all transaction data is accurate and compliant with relevant laws.
Fees and Charges
Accept applies a 1.5% fee on each transaction processed through the app, in addition to Stripe's processing fees, which may vary depending on your connected account.
User Responsibilities
By using the app, you agree to:
- Use it only for lawful purposes and comply with all relevant laws.
- Avoid any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity, including unauthorized access to the app or data.
- Keep your account secure and notify us immediately of any security issues.
- Not reproduce, distribute, or alter the app or its content in ways that violate intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Accept app, including text, graphics, and software, is the property of Accept or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of this content without written permission.
Data Collection and Privacy
We collect and process personal and transactional data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to our handling of your information as described in the policy. We also use third-party providers, such as Stripe, Google Cloud, and Firebase, for payment processing and certain data management services.
Termination
Accept reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the app will immediately end.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Accept and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including lost profits, data loss, or business disruptions.
